Any copyrights and intellectual property rights for the coupling modules KD4.65 and KD4
SBE shall be held by SBE-Schrader Bergbau Elektrik.

 

 

1.2 Warranty and liability
As a matter of principle, our „General Terms and Conditions of Sale and Delivery“ shall be
applicable. Warranty and liability claims in the event of personal and/or material damage
shall be excluded if these can be attributed to one or several of the following causes:

1.3 Intended useThe coupling modules KD4.65 and KD4 SBE are designed exclusively for the application
options allowed for by the manufacturer.
Any use exceeding the aforementioned shall be deemed improper. The manufacturer shall
not assume any liability for damages resulting thereof. The risk shall be borne exclusively
by the operator.
The concept of intended use also comprises the compliance with the operating,
maintenance, and repair conditions specified by the manufacturer.

1.4 Improper UseUse that differs from or exceeds the use specified in the previous section is considered
improper.
Improper use may result in danger. The user is solely liable for any dangers and damages
resulting from improper use.
Hazards during Use
Failure to follow the safety instructions may result in danger to persons, the environment,
and the device. Failure to follow the safety instructions will void any and all claims for
damages.

1.5 Structural Modifications
It is not permitted to make structural modifications to the KD4 ff coupling link.
Unauthorized modifications are strictly prohibited.
It is not permitted to modify the KD4 ff coupling link or use it for purposes other than those
intended.
